If you are a member of a team using an Enterprise Plan and depend on a higher administrative role, every time you want to publish or schedule a publication, it must be sent to the administrator for approval.<\/p>

To submit a publication for approval, follow these steps:<\/p>

  1. In the left side menu, find the module called: Publish<\/strong> and click on it.

    <\/li>
  2. Within this module go to the top left and click the button containing a + icon<\/strong> to select the accounts to which you want to publish your post. Or click on the Groups button<\/strong> to choose a group of accounts.

  3. Write the description<\/strong> you want your post to carry.<\/li>
  4. Add the media<\/strong> content and hashtags (if applicable) you want your post to contain.

    <\/li>
  5. At the bottom you will find 4 headings that include the ways you can make a post. You can publish your post immediately, schedule it, schedule it on a recurring basis or create a draft. Select the type of post<\/strong> you are going to publish by clicking on the appropriate heading (note that if you choose to send a draft post for approval, it will not be published, but will be saved in drafts).<\/li>
  6. Then, at the bottom, you will see a Submit for Approval button.<\/strong> Click on it. When you click it, the post will be sent to the team administration for review.<\/li><\/ol>
