To assign a role to a team member, you must first be able to create specific roles. If you have not done so, read how to Create a role.<\/em><\/span><\/a><\/p>

If you already have a role created, follow these simple steps:<\/p>

  1. At the top right, locate your profile picture and your name.<\/strong> Click on either one.<\/li>
  2. A drop-down list will open with several options, look for the Teams icon<\/strong> and click on it.<\/li>
  3. Select the My Teams<\/strong> heading.<\/li>
  4. Locate within the list of groups, the group<\/strong> in which the member you wish to add or change the role of is located. Right next to the group name, click on the 3 dots.<\/strong><\/li>
  5. A drop-down list will open. Choose the Edit members<\/strong> option.<\/li>
  6. Locate the name of the member you want to assign a role to. Next to the member’s name you will find a drop-down list<\/strong>. Here choose the role<\/strong> you want to assign to the member.<\/li>
  7. Once the changes are set, click on Done.<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

    And that’s it, your member now has a new role.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
