To use the task timer and calculate the time it took you to complete a task, follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Log in to GGyess<\/mark><\/strong>. In the menu on the left, find the module called Planily<\/strong> and click on it to open a new window.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. In the left menu of the Planily window, click on the Tasks<\/strong> tab. Then choose the type of view you want at the top (day, week, month, list, Kanban, Gantt, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Find where your task is located. (If you have trouble finding it, you can click on the \u201cSearch<\/strong>\u201d button at the top to find it easily).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Once you have located your task, click on it and the editing window will open on the right side.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Find the \u201cTime<\/strong>\u201d section within the task. To start tracking time, click \u201cStart.<\/strong>\u201d From that moment on, the task timer will begin running. If you want to pause it, click the “Pause<\/strong>” button. If you want to reactivate the timer, click \u201cStart<\/strong>\u201d again.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
