With GGyess you can share your files with your work teams or different workspaces. To do this, follow these steps:<\/p>

  1. On the top right hand side locate your profile picture and your name.<\/strong> Click on either of them.<\/li>
  2. A new window will open with several options. Find the cloud icon<\/strong> that will open the Storage module<\/strong> and click on it.<\/li>
  3. Click on the file or folder<\/strong> you want to share.<\/li>
  4. Once selected, click on the share icon<\/strong> at the top.<\/li>
  5. A drop-down list will open. Here you will see the list of Teams you have created with which you can share files. If you want to share your files with a workspace, select the Others option, and in the new drop-down list, click on the workspace with which you want to share the files.<\/li><\/ol>

    And that’s it, that’s it. Now your teammates and workspace will be able to access the shared files.<\/p>
