Click on either of them.<\/li><li>A new window will open with a drop-down list. Find the <strong>Settings<\/strong> option and click on it.<\/li><li>In this new window, click the <strong>My Tickets<\/strong> heading.<\/li><li>At the bottom of this new window, click the <strong>Create Ticket<\/strong> button on the right side.<\/li><li>In the new window fill in the requested information such as subject, ticket description and if you wish you can add attachments. When finished click on <strong>Save. <\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>That&#8217;s it! Your ticket has been submitted for prompt resolution.
