Create tasks and projects with AI

To streamline your processes and create your projects or detailed tasks with GGyess AI, follow these steps:

1. Log in to GGyess. In the menu on the left, find the module called Planily and click on it to open a new window.
2. In the left menu of the Planily window, click on the Tasks tab.
3. At the bottom right, you will find the “Assistant” button. Click on it.
4. Here you will find three options:
   • Project Based: If you choose this option, you can create tasks based on the detailed description and requirements you enter in the prompt for this option. All you need is a clear description, and when you click on “Generate,” the AI will create the tasks for you based on your specifications.
   • Detailed Task: If you choose this option, GGyess’s AI will prepare specific tasks with detailed descriptions and assign them to users depending on their skills (remember that you can define your users’ skills by creating tags in Project Settings).
   • Ask AI: If you need help resolving questions about tasks, assignments, or deadlines for your project, GGyess’ AI will help you find all the information you need.

And that’s it. Creating tasks or projects with the help of AI takes just a few minutes. Plus, if you want to modify some of the tasks you’ve created or assign them to different members, you can do so without any problems. Reduce planning time to seconds.
