If you want to edit or customize an already created role, follow these simple steps:

  1. In the top right corner locate your profile picture and your name. Click on either of them.
  2. A drop-down list will open with several options, look for the Teams icon and click on it.
  3. Select the Roles heading.
  4. Locate the name of the role you want to edit or customize and in the Options column, click on the 3 dots.
  5. A drop-down list will open. Here select the option: Edit.
  6. A new window will open. Here you will have to enter the name in case you want to edit it. Or, you can edit the permissions that this role will have. You will be able to choose between:
    • Can publish:
      The member can post to social accounts.
    • Can use AI:
      By enabling this option, the user will have access to use the AI. Taking into account that each use will spend the available credits.
    • Can approve:
      This means that the role has the authorization to approve or reject posts, like a superior.
    • Can manage folders:
      This option authorizes the member to be able to have control of folders and files.
  7. Once the name and permissions are set, click on Create.

And you are done. Your role has been edited or customized.
