Filter a file in Storage.

To filter a file or several files in Storage and thus have a better organization of your multimedia, follow these steps:

1. On the top right hand side locate your profile picture and your name. Click on either of them.
2. A new window will open with several options. Look for the cloud icon that will open the Storage module and click on it.
3. At the top center you will find the Filter button. Click on it.
4. A drop-down list will appear with several options from which you can choose to filter the files by:
   
   • By all files.
   • By favorites.
   • By files shared with you.
   • By oldest files.

Once you have chosen the option by which you want to filter your files, they will be sorted according to your instructions.

You can also sort in ascending and descending order by clicking on the icon showing an up and down arrow.
