Renew subscription plan

If you have reached the end of your subscription, but have not cancelled your plan, don’t worry GGyess will automatically renew your plan.

However, if you canceled your plan and wish to renew it again, follow these steps:

1. On the top right hand side locate your profile picture and your name. Click on either of them.
2. A new window will open with several options. Find the Billing option and click on it.
3. In this new window, you will see the different plans available to you and their features. In the center, you will find a switch that allows you to choose whether you want to view the plans on an annual or monthly basis. Once you have done this, select the box containing the plan that best suits your needs and click on the button below the price. This button may say: Subscribe, Upgrade, or Downgrade, depending on your previous plan.
4. Then, choose your new plan from these options and click Select. Choose the number of members you want to add to this new plan and then click Continue.

And that’s it, your plan has been renewed.
