With GGyess you can automate replying to Facebook and Instagram posts and comments.

If you are a Premium or Enterprise user you will have the option to create Tickets, and to create them you only need to follow these steps:

  1. On the top right side of the screen, find your profile picture and your name. Click on either of them.
  2. A new window will open with a drop-down list. Find the Settings option and click on it.
  3. In this new window, click the My Tickets heading.
  4. At the bottom of this new window, click the Create Ticket button on the right side.
  5. In the new window fill in the requested information such as subject, ticket description and if you wish you can add attachments. When finished click on Save.

That’s it! Your ticket has been submitted for prompt resolution. We will be in touch with you soon.
