Customize analytics

In the analytics module you have the ability to view graphs and details of your accounts’ performance. For more detailed information, here are the ways in which you can customize how the analytics are presented:

View analytics by individual account:

1. By individual account.
   • To do this, go to the Analytics module in the left-hand menu of GGyess. 
   • At the top right you will find the Accounts button. Click on it.
   • When you click it, a window will appear with all the accounts you have synchronized to GGyess. If you don’t know how to sync a new account in GGyess, you can read Add a social account. Once you have located your account, click on it.
   • Select the “Analytics” tab located at the top center. Then click on it.

That’s it. Now you will be able to see the metrics of this account by individual.

1. By account group.
   • To do this, go to the Analytics module in the left-hand menu of GGyess.
   • At the top right you will find the Groups button. Click on it.
   • When you click it, a window will appear with all the account groups you have synchronized to GGyess. If you don’t know how to sync a new account or create an account group in GGyess, you can read Add a social account and Create a social account group. Once you have located the group, click on it.

   • Select the “Analytics” tab located at the top center. Then click on it.

And you are done. Now you will be able to observe the metrics of the selected account group.

1. From date to date:

   • For this, go to the Analytics module in the left-hand menu of GGyess.

   • At the top center you will find a calendar icon with dates. Click on it.

   • When you click on it, a calendar will appear in which you will have to set a start date and an end date. Select the date range from which you want to get the metrics.

   • Select the “Analytics” tab located at the top center. Then click on it.

And that’s it. Now you will be able to observe the metrics based on the date range you set.
