With GGyess you can plan, manage, automate and be more productive in social networks.

To view the status of the ticket you have requested, follow these steps:

  1. On the top right hand side locate your profile picture and your name. Click on either of them.
  2. A new window will open with a drop-down list. Find the Settings option and click on it.
  3. In this new window, click on the My Tickets heading.
  4. Here you can see the details of all the tickets you have created. In the Status column you can see the status of your ticket. And to see the response history, click on View in the Actions column.

And that’s it! Now you know the status of your ticket.
